1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the phyy platform, form the entire agreement between the Player and phyy.

1.2 By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on phyy, the Player confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as they stand at the time of each such action.

1.3 phyy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the phyy platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.4 These terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

2.1 Age Requirement. The phyy platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the extent required by applicable law.

2.2 Philippine Jurisdiction. phyy is operated and regulated under authority granted by PAGCOR. The platform is intended for use by eligible persons located within the Philippines. Players accessing phyy from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own legal risk and phyy accepts no liability for such access.

2.3 Residency Restrictions. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of phyy or any of its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

2.4 Self-Declaration. By registering, the Player declares that they are of legal age, that their use of phyy is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction, and that the funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

3. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on phyy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information updated. phyy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

3.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, phyy is obligated to verify the identity of all Players before enabling real-money features. Verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.

3.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. phyy may apply enhanced due diligence procedures — including requests for source-of-funds documentation — for accounts exhibiting high-value transaction patterns or flagged by phyy's AML monitoring systems. Failure to cooperate with enhanced due diligence may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.5 Beneficial Ownership. Players must be the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into their phyy account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any account found to be funded by a third party may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Account Security

4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their phyy account.

4.2 phyy strongly recommends that Players use a unique, complex password for their phyy account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. phyy will never ask a Player for their password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

4.3 Any activity conducted through a Player's account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by the registered account holder, regardless of whether the account was accessed by an unauthorised third party, unless the Player has notified phyy of a security compromise prior to the relevant activity occurring.

4.4 Players must notify phyy immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account, loss of login credentials, or any other security breach. phyy will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

4.5 phyy reserves the right to lock an account and require re-verification of identity if suspicious access patterns are detected, including but not limited to login from an unusual geographic location, multiple failed login attempts, or anomalous transaction behaviour.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phyy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and other payment channels as updated on the phyy platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the phyy cashier and may vary by payment method. Players should refer to the cashier section of their account for current minimum and maximum deposit limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the Player's PHP wallet almost instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the issuing bank. phyy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 No Third-Party Funding. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. phyy reserves the right to return deposits originating from payment accounts that do not match the registered name on the phyy account, and to suspend the account pending investigation.

5.5 Currency. phyy operates exclusively in PHP. No foreign currency conversions are applied to domestic PHP transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player using a non-PHP payment account are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed once the Player has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of phyy's compliance team. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to the account must also be fully met before the relevant bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. phyy does not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times. phyy aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the recipient institution. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; phyy is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification. phyy reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value transactions, or where enhanced due diligence is triggered. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the phyy cashier section and may vary by payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold must be wagered to meet the minimum before a withdrawal can be initiated.

6.6 Dormant Account Balances. If a Player account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, phyy may classify the account as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in the phyy fee schedule, applied until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated through successful KYC re-verification.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Offer Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on phyy are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are disclosed at the point of offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to verified Players in good standing who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering," all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice or compensation.

7.4 Abuse and Exploitation. phyy reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets across accounts, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, or any other behaviour that phyy reasonably determines to be an attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

7.5 Withdrawal of Deposit with Active Bonus. If a Player withdraws their deposited funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been completed, phyy reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal.

7.6 Promotional Changes. phyy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

8. Betting Rules & Game Play

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phyy platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sabong, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and fishing games — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing wagers.

8.2 Bet Confirmation. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the phyy system, it is final and may not be cancelled by the Player unless a cash-out feature is available and exercised prior to settlement. Technical issues experienced on the Player's device do not entitle the Player to void confirmed wagers.

8.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds posted due to a system error, a misprint, or a human mistake — phyy reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the relevant stake to the Player's PHP wallet, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. phyy will not be bound by odds or payouts that result from a palpable error.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including connection interruptions, server errors, or display errors — phyy will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where the outcome of a game round or event cannot be verified, the relevant wager may be voided and the stake returned. phyy's decision on technical malfunction resolutions is final.

8.5 Sports Betting Integrity. phyy cooperates with recognised sports integrity bodies and regulatory authorities to detect and investigate suspicious betting patterns. Wagers placed on events where the integrity of the outcome is reasonably questioned may be suspended, voided, or withheld pending investigation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phyy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.
• Allowing another person to use your phyy account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phyy staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the phyy platform's technology, code, or infrastructure.
• Accessing the phyy platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Circumventing responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures through the creation of new accounts or misrepresentation of identity.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the phyy platform — including but not limited to the phyy brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of phyy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phyy platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other right or licence is granted.

10.3 Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any phyy content or software without express prior written consent from phyy.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 phyy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at phyy.org/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering with phyy, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where opted in).

11.3 phyy will not sell Players' personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for legal compliance and platform operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The phyy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phyy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyy's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 phyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the phyy platform.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits phyy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 phyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR's player protection requirements. The phyy platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through any registered account's dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a Player may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting Players when a defined session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended account closure for Players who wish to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected and prevents the creation of new phyy accounts.

13.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact phyy's support team at [email protected] or to use the self-exclusion tool immediately. phyy also recommends contacting the PAGCOR Player Protection Hotline or the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines for independent support.

13.3 phyy will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded, or who is a registered problem gambler with PAGCOR's exclusion database, to maintain an active account. If such a Person is identified, their account will be suspended and their deposited balance returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

13.4 Gambling is entertainment — not a source of income. All Players should set a gaming budget they are comfortable losing and never wager funds required for essential living expenses. phyy accepts no responsibility for financial hardship resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 phyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any conduct that phyy reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

14.2 Upon termination of an account by phyy for cause (i.e., breach of these terms), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, particularly where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

14.3 A Player may close their account at any time by contacting phyy support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed after all pending wagers are settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests are fulfilled. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

14.4 phyy reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that have been flagged by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities pending the outcome of any investigation.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

15.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the phyy platform, the Player should first contact phyy's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

15.3 If an informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the Player's initial written complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR rules.

15.4 The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process, and the Player irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Amendments

16.1 phyy may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phyy will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory directive.

16.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on the phyy website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

16.3 Continued use of the phyy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised terms, they must close their account before the effective date of the change.
